We will contact you to go over the possibility of 3D printing your part. Please note not every CAD design is a good fit for the 3D printing process. The call is especially necessary for the first timer trying out 3D printing. During the call, we will find out your needs, and guide you through the process with material recommendations. If it’s not a good fit, we'll let you know right away, we don’t want to waste your time and money if 3D printing is not the right process for making your part.
When 3D printing is the right fit, based on the model size, your part will be 3d printed by either these machines.
MAKEiT2x2 printer 3D prints as big as 26x26x31”, or 650x650x800mm
MAKEiT2x4 printer is capable of 3D printing 55x24x31in or 1400 x605 x800mm.
After receiving your .stl file (ie, save your CAD design in stl format first before sending it to us).
We will evaluate and slice your digital file in 3D.
We will ask you questions if needed.
We will send you the quote and discuss any questions you may have.
Print the model with your choice of material after you approve the quote.

Approx 4ft Long Air Duct 3D Printed in One Single Piece Using PLA on a MAKEiT2x4 Large Format 3D Printer. No More Puzzling. No More Aligning. No More Gluing.
Thank You GrowGlide and the Talented Engineering Team for giving us the opportunity to 3D print these long air ducts! We were GrowGlide’s outflow 3D printing backup source, while they were keeping their two MAKEiT2x4 3d printers running 24-7.
We offer a wide range of materials from high temp industrial grade PA6GF (nylon glass fiber), PA6CF (nylon carbon fiber), CoPA (nylon 6 & 61), to regular filaments, PETG, PLA. etc. We can even 3D print flexible material TPU, etc.
Usually, Nylon Glass Fiber and Nylon Carbon Fiber filaments are considered difficult materials to print. Not every 3D printer can effectively print these abrasive materials on a daily basis.
Printing PA6GF (glass fiber nylon), and PA6CF (carbon fiber nylon) is our specialty.
How can we help YOU to get your project moving forward?
The specialty of MAKEiT printers is to 3d print PA6GF (Nylon glass fiber), and PA6CF (nylon carbon fiber) filaments. We have been working closely with auto customs shops 3D printing large panels like grills, front bumpers, fenders, hoods, skirts, wings, etc. with PA6GF. Some PA6CF parts have been installed on race car bodies. These materials are the best material to make car plugs, master molds, or end use parts. You can sand them freely with a power sander, unlike PLA, they don't melt, nor deform. It is lightweight, stiff and strong, works with body fillers and epoxies too.
